Here is the first look at some of the upcoming Black History Month and MLK sneakers from Kobe and Kevin Durant.
Above is a sneak of the upcoming Nike Zoom Kobe VI, as seen in Black/Gold.This colorway serves as the Kobe VI ‘Black History Month” 2011 edition. These sneaks look to sport a Black upper which looks to be made of a different material than the previous releases, along with Gold accents on the Swoosh, heel and tongue logo while “BMH” in Green, Gold and Red on the outer heel finish these off. Expect to see these on the counrt and in retailer February 2011.
Next is a first look at the Nike Zoom KD III “MLK” thanks to @KDthunderup, which is Kevin Durant’s Twitter. These are the kicks Kevin Durant is set to wear during the matchup against the Lakers next week at the Staples Center. The shoes sport a similar makeup to the Kobe VI “BHM” sneaks using a Black leather base which features African graphics embedded in section of the shoes with Gold accents to finish them off.
